Fluency is a presentation and communications coaching service, offering bespoke training to Partners, Directors and Senior Managers of Professional Services Firms. We specialize in supporting people who are growing into new roles within their organization, helping them project confidence, speak with presence and win their audience.Fluency was founded by Andrew Musselman, an award-winning actor who has performed on stages in New York, London, Dublin and across Canada. His proudest moment has to be when the New York Times described his performance as "amply sleazy."In addition to his acting work, Andrew has taught in high schools, acting studios and universities, and has coached on TV shows for Family Channel and Disney.In less than two years of operation, Fluency has trained clients in a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Retail and Management Consulting. Our clients have delivered keynotes at conventions, such as IIeX North America, and been featured on panels, such as The Rotman Female Founder Symposium.
