She then ran the pre-commissioning team, notifying the builders of any incompliances of Specification, or things that needed to be remedied.She returned to New Zealand to work for Landis & Staefa, and then Siemens Building Technologies to set up and then manage the service department putting together upgrade paths and service contracts for existing controls systems. From New Zealand, she then went to China to work for Belimo, and set up the Product Support Department for the Asia Pacific Region.
