"MAKING LEARNING & CHANGE WORK (102070)"90 percent of learning effects are generated by facilitation of learning at the workplace. 50-70% of all organisational change projects fail because the starting conditions are not or not optimally generated. Resistance is experienced as demotivation of personnel and blocking the quick results for senior management or stakeholders. Change is often experienced as necessary but slowing business down and unpredictable and hence should be a stop-change and go proces. This is not how things work usually. With my 30 years of experience in the (maritime) technology and production industry, I specialised in the processes of learning and change, (HRD/L&D and OD/OC).Goal is always towards better performance, using talentdevelopment and creating long term engagement. I deliver support in 4 areas; 1) Talent management including L&D and IT, 2) Knowledge management including IT, Competence management on role-function and compliance and 4) Change management focussing on minimising processes or structures that prevent agile working, cooperation and organisation culture. As a certified WIAL Action Learning coach I like to work on the floor with the teams to get them better. Using the 10-20-70 learning approach in learning development with creation of customised microlearnings, gamifications and learning events that remain within teh company I can deliver optimal ROI for your smaller or larger projects.
