Flying Kraken Creative Studios is a Canadian-based studio that creates original animation content and specializes in design and art direction. It's a boutique shop with big ideas, brought to life in 2011 by award-winning industry veterans Rose-Ann Tisserand and Greg Huculak, collaborators driven by the power of storytelling. Specializing in design, development and production, they have more than 30 years of combined experience in film and television. Greg Huculak is a highly regarded conceptual artist, production designer and art director who's worked in animation for more than 18 years. He's developed visual and/or art direction for eOne Entertainment, Amazon, Hulu, Spin Master, Bento Box, Gaumont, Silvergate Media, PBS Kids, Alpha Group, Cottonwood Media, Mattel, Nelvana, Atomic, Corner Gas, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Nick, Nick Jr. and many more. Greg was also Creative Director at Bardel Entertainment.Tisserand has more than 250 hours of credits and has worked as a production executive for 17 years, specializing in feature animation and episodic TV. She was supervising producer at Bardel Entertainment and New Machine Studios and is a WIA Vancouver Chair, an organization which advances women in the animation industry.
