Focus Community Management ("FOCUS") is a Body Corporate Management Company that strongly believes in managing Bodies Corporate the way they used to be managed. By that we mean providing a comprehensive service which is founded on a partnership between the committee, the resident manager and the owners.What do we do differently;• Provide clear and precise advise to the Committee based on the legislation;• No cap on the length of Committee Meetings;• Draft Committee meeting minutes within 48 hours of the meeting;• All actions from the Committee meeting completed within seven days;• Twice weekly delivery and pick up of invoices and cheques from/to the building;• Invite the Resident Manager and Body Corporate Committee Representative to drop in the office anytime; • We only concentrate on Body Corporate Management;
