Completely volunteer based--without any official office location--All net of the monies raised is donated to various AIDS organizations world wide--or FOA has established it's own AIDS hospital in Mysore India as well as other places in Africa and Cambodia. FOA is an auction/benefit and only does this every 1 1/2 to 2 years, as all involved have their own personal work to do, aside from forming this benefit. It has been in operation for over 23 years.
