Fogbreak provides consultation and experiential education to criminal justice professionals, civic leaders, and corporations dedicated to inclusion and equity. We collaborate with clients to create meaningful inclusion for their diverse teams. We help city and local governments build community trust and engagement. We lead workshops on racial and gender equity, implicit bias, privilege and ally-ship, leadership for inclusion, and other topics for real personal and professional growth and change. All of our programs use video, music, small group discussion, personal reflection, and conversation to engage with participants.
