Fondue started in 2007 when Mark Burns opened the studio to answer the growing need for professional foodservice design in Dubai. Since then, the company has worked with over 500 hotels and restaurants across the globe. Fondue is a close-knit of individuals bounded by creativity and love for food. On the studio's tenth year, Spalution, a spa consultancy firm, joins in on the passion of Fondue. As one, Fondue Group aims to deliver the best in hospitality design.
