Fontaine Jolival is a natural spring water, located in the Cognac's Origin area in Charente. Nitrate free and low in sodium, its water has been preserved for more than 20 000 years in 160 meters deep down in the rocks, thus belonging to the purest and rarest water of France. The Company Fontaine Jolival - OVAL SAS :Fontaine Jolival was founded in 1893 by Henri Michel, a cafe owner from Angoulême. The company grew in table's wines and water business, keeping and improving its Charentais heritage.Since September 2014, it belongs to Renaud Dutreil, former Chairman of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc USA and former member of the French Government as minister for Commerce and industry and member of the Parliament. In February 2015, Fontaine Jolival launched its new branding and new packaging, enhancing its French savoir-faire, between heritage and modernity - a lively ode to its cultural heritage that forged the History of the French Atlantic coast. In September 2015, Fontaine Jolival has been chosen by the Paris Saint-Germain major European Football club for being the official water of the club for the next years.
