Food and Truth is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to inform, educate, motivate and organize around food ingredient issues. Food And Truth created Fit2cook4kids as a model program and solution to the catastrophic epidemic of childhood obesity and related diseases. To replicate this empowering solution, Food And Truth is developing Fit2cook4Kids as a social franchise in order to train and share the Fit2cook4Kids model with qualified individuals and organizations.For children between the ages of 8 to 15 years, this model uniquely combines:• Fitness• Food Preparation and• Social Skills. Fit2cook4kids currently offers summer camps, winter and spring recess camps, and after school programs to students between the ages of 8 to 15 with the intent to teach children how to stay fit, make healthy choices and become articulate ambassadors of good health.
