Food Animal Concerns Trust (FACT), founded in 1982, believes that all food-producing animals should be raised in a humane and healthy manner, and everyone should have access to safe and humanely-produced food.FACT advances our vision that all food-producing animals are raised in a humane and healthy manner. We accomplish this by supporting humane farmers, promoting policies that make foods from animals safe and healthy to eat, and helping consumers make informed food choices.Our core values guide our work: 1.
