Food & Consumer Science Professionals, known as FCS Professionals, is a non-profit professional organization that meets monthly to share expertise, trends and insights around food, food business, culinary arts, and design. Our membership includes employees of food and beverage companies such as General Mills, Pepsi and Land O'Lakes, retailers such as Target and Supervalu as well as members who own their own companies doing things like food communications, recipe development, creating nutrition fact panels and marketing. Our membership also includes high school, college, and community education teachers who are primarily focused on teaching foods, food science, nutrition, dietetics, and culinary arts classes. Our membership also includes students whom are pursuing degrees in related fields of study. We appreciate all our members and the talents and expertise they bring to our organization.
