Food for Hope is a non-profit organization serving Adams County, Colorado. Our mission is to empower and strengthen the future of our communities by providing nutritious food to children in need. Each student enrolled within the school districts we serve receives nutritional assistance throughout the school year. Research indicates that even mild malnutrition experienced by young children during critical periods of growth impacts their behavior, school performance, and overall cognitive development. There are thousands of children in Adams County alone that are not receiving enough to eat. The programs of Food for Hope include weekend food bags, School Fuel snacks, and in-school food bank locations.
