Food Innovation Studio (FIS) is the capstone course of the new Sustainable Food Initiative at the Center for Responsible Business at BerkeleyHaas. The course is focused on enabling graduate students to identify and define pressing challenges and unmet needs in the broader food-system. This course is all about systems level innovation in the food industry, with an emphasis on driving social and environmental impact as well. The goal is for students to work with or develop mission-driven, disruptive companies that address key challenges the industry faces and aligning strategy and execution tactics to address them.
