As a Therapist & Registered Dietitian, Dalia works with clients on their physiological nutritional deficits that may be contributing to their current condition. In addition, she's able to assist clients in exploring the psychological aspects that are critical in understanding and achieving optimal recovery from all disordered relationships with food and body. Dalia works with each of her clients to create an individualized plan that specifically targets their personal circumstances. She firmly believes that treatment does not stop when a client leaves her office, and that maintaining contact in between sessions is imperative for long term change and growth.
