With our technology, we want to empower planning, production, and sales in the foodservice industry, which will help decrease food waste and loss significantly. On the other hand, it will help to reduce the environmental impacts of food waste. For example, AI-based planning of food production and prediction will help bring proper meals to the right customers with a valid quantity.With Foodoo.ai, you know how much goods the food factory must produce, all deliveries are scheduled, and expiration dates of food and beverages are under control. Plus, you get real-time analytics on user behavior and finance.We didn't invent the new vending machine but developed a "kit" we can install in commercial glass-door fridges. It gathers accurate data about the stock of goods in the fridge, its expiration dates and communicates with the Software part, which orchestrates all business processes.
