In line with the vision and mission of His Highness Tengku Amir Shah to create a more vibrant, energetic and connected youth community in Selangor, Football Selangor was established to realise his aspiration in football. Football Selangor will focus on areas important to the growth of community football including standards, regulation, exposure and development. Our efforts in implementing the aforementioned areas would be primarily focused at competition, social, youth development and futsal. Ultimately Football Selangor aspires to play an important role towards the development and sustainability of community football in Selangor.The organisation strongly believes that a bottoms up approach or community involvement is fundamentally key in growing football in Selangor and Malaysia at large. Empowering managers, referees, coaches, players and competition organisers to their full potential is crucial towards the development of the sport.
