Briefly stated the app is a polling tool for football fans around the world. The app is a new way for football fans to express and share their views about football through user-generated opinion polls. The name tribes refers to the experience users get when they use and interact on the app: a community consisting of like-minded people. A tribe is to be understood as a group of people who have a strong common interest through their football affiliation. This shared interest creates a feeling of kinship between members and a desire for discussion. Theirs are conversations of the kind witnessed beside the water-cooler at work or the locker room in the gym: conversations which span generations, countries and languages. The polls are created by the users, for the users.The iOS app is available for free now. It has been a top 100 sports app in 24 countries and reached the top 40 in the UK, our key market. There is also a free web platform available and we are coming soon to Android.
