For Tigers is a foundation CIO charity registered in the UK. Our aim is to improve the welfare of captive tigers in Thailand and guide travelers in responsible wildlife tourism. We travel Thailand visiting tourist attractions featuring captive tigers and assess the welfare of the tigers. We offer direct aid to facilities to improve the housing and care provided for their tigers and offer programs to educate staff and volunteers. We also publish annual reports to guide tourists toward better facilities offering hands-off viewing of wildlife in more natural environments. Our current fundraising campaigns include:Follow the Tigers (2016-ongoing): We donate labor and materials to build much-needed enclosures and provide enrichment and carnivore supplement to confiscated tigers from illegally operated tourist attractions now residing at government facilities. Chitwan Tiger (2021-2022): We're building an enclosure and providing enrichment to wild-caught 'Tauke,' an aging male tiger who, due to human-wildlife conflict, cannot be released back into the wild. The enclosure will also provide for other big cats at the NTNC's Biodiversity Conservation Center.www.facebook.com/fortigers | instagram: for_tigers | twitter: fortigersorg
