Forager Foundation Details
Our primary mandate is to promote Traditional Knowledge and to inspire a "reconnect with our roots." What this means to us is showing how we can co-exist with our natural environment sustainably and how we can connect with our local food systems. Working with local groups our hope is to reverse the loss and disconnect younger generations are experiencing with their traditional cultural heritage.We are creating community spaces for education and shared environmental rehabilitation, publishing work being done in our fields of interest to share with the general public, and creating a dialogue between generations through education programs and community events.
