Force Five Sales Success GroupsOur philosophy: Sales result from discipline and execution more than from raw talent or brilliant presentations.In Force Five sales success groups, sales veterans facilitate peer-to-peer learning sessions where group members share best practices, air issues, and hear from others who face similar sales challenges. Instead of going it alone, our members learn how others successfully address situations similar to theirs. Our members learn practical techniques. They become comfortable with more accountability and improved focus. As a result, they generate greater results for themselves and their companies.Force Five sales success groups have 6-8 members from non-competing companies. Each group meets monthly. In addition, members use The Organizer, our proprietary CRM, and a variety of materials to help them apply the best practices and techniques introduced and developed in the sessions. We complement what companies do to support their sales reps and sales managers. When they master sales, their companies grow.
