I am Stephanie Joslin and the idea of Forest Bake came to mind in 2015. I've always enjoyed baking and love to share what I do with my customers. I offer afternoon teas for people to host at their own homes, or any venue they may wish to use and also small to medium sized businesses. Customers can choose their food from my menu of delicious treats and also decide whether or not to use my vintage crockery. Some of my favourite cakes that I offer are rose and pistachio, fig and orange, pomegranate and orange, coconut and lime and of course the classics such as chocolate, vanilla and coffee. A particular theme can be discussed to make it an even more memorable occasion. Arrangements can be made if service is required. As well as afternoon teas I make celebration cakes and do catering for parties.
