Based in Reading and trading for over 25 years, the Gravity Group comprises of three companies – Gravity Personnel, Gravity Rail and Forest Personnel. The Gravity Group deals with a large number of both Local and Nationwide Companies and has done so for over a quarter of a century, this has involved organising both small and large volumes of skilled labour at short notice to meet our customers fluctuating demand patterns. We have a number of contracts with National Organisations such as The John Lewis Partnership, Network Rail and Laithwaites as well as numerous varied arrangements with smaller more specialist SME's such as Software houses and Engineering firms. Forest Personnel is the group's specialist permanent division. Our strength lies in our knowledge of the local marketplace. Our staff are qualified recruitment consultants (by examination) and are members of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP), we also passed an REC audit in early 2008 with flying colours and are members of both it's Technology and Engineering & Technical Specialist sector groups. Forest Computerstaff has a selection of PC and Network Specialists, Developers, Analysts, Project Managers and Trainers, as well as Technical Sales, Customer Support Staff and Desk Top Publishers at all levels of experience and on a variety of platforms including Linux and other open source OS. Forest Engineering can supply a range of permanent Engineering and Technical personnel in the following disciplines: Electronics Design, Test/Repair, Field Service, Assembly and Production. Mechanical Design, Draughting, Assembly, Machining, Fitting, Production. Electrical Draughting/ Design, Maintenance and Service. Building services and Facilities Management, Purchasing, Quality, Materials Control, Graduate Engineers, Scientific, and a wide variety of people in Technical support and Sales functions.
