Forever Machinery is a leading ERW tube mill manufacturer and the pioneer roll forming technology developer based in China and Australia.We are the pioneer in the 'Direct Forming' technology for SHS and RHS. Being the inventor and developer of 'Direct Forming' technology, we have been consistantly innovating and improving the standards of cold rolled structural products, taking the technology to another level.We specialise in manufacturing ultra thick wall and large size tube mills. With a strong R&D team of more than 20 degree qualified engineers and extensive professional experience in the industry, we have proudly manufactured more than 1000 tube mill lines for both our domestic and international clients.We have successfully designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned the world largest SHS mill which can produce SHS up to 600mm x 600mm x 24mm. The line adopts the most advanced 'Direct Forming' technology, substantially reduces the tooling cost and operating cost for roll change.With our PLC controlled quick change system, our fully automatic direct forming tube mill can achieve complete roll change/adjustment in less than 1 hour.We are also perfecting our FFX forming technology to create a brand new way of production for circular hollow sections, which substantially improve the production efficiency.At Forever Machinery, every member shares the belief that innovation in the core technology and the quality of the equipment should be in our DNA.
