Very well rooted at local and regional level has the capacity to activate wide partnerships with public institutions, private companies, and other organisations active in the field of adult learning. ISO 9001 certified, accredited at regional level by Umbria Region and at National Level by FORMATEMP and Fondo Professioni. Around 20 years of qualified experience in training cycle management, from training needs analysis, projects' designing, training courses implementation up to evaluation and assessment. Over 5.000 learners trained, more than 500 teachers, trainers, consultants in its formal network. Strongly committed to Quality Assurance in VET and Adults Learning and lifelong learning strategies and practices. Main areas of projects development: Cultural and creative industries;Environment and Sustainability;Gender Equality ; Quality Assurance Systems in VET/AL; Cultural Heritage and its promotion;Professional retraining (mainly addressed to architects, engineers, agronomists, psychologists);SMEs Development and Innovation. Key Projects: Creative Vitamins aimed at strengthening and enhancing the basic competences of non-professionalized adults in cultural and performing arts, in order to succeeding at the work place or in seeking new job opportunities. Gender equalities advice and training services to design solutions to value and make the most of HR, men and women alike, avoiding waste of resources and talents. GEMMA, a pluriannual adult learning project aimed at adapting citizens skills to the contemporary knowledge society and to its labour market (ICT, Foreign Languages, Communication and Public Speaking). PRALINE project, aimed at piloting a Warming up strategy to make formal and non-formal adult education providers more aware about Quality and to adapt Peer Review methodology to the evaluation of Quality in Adult Learning provision.
