A champion for women and girls, FORMATION was established to accelerate progress on providing women with opportunities through connections and access. FORMATION aims to progress gender equality in all sectors and civil society and encourage the design of new corporate policies, programmes and services needed to ensure the inclusion of women in the corporate world. Our main strategic aims are founded on the vision of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which include: - Women lead, participate in and benefit equally from governance systems - FORMATION Women will become high influential and vocal about the changes that need to made in their immediate environments. - Women have income security, decent work and economic autonomy - FORMATION Women will advocate for women and provide leadership and training to those in need. - All women and girls live a life free from all forms of violence - FORMATION Women will mentor and help create alternative environments and create opportunities for women to change their lives.
