FormInvest AG is an independent asset manager established in 2012 and based in Zürich. The team is currently composed of Pierre-Yves Formaz, CFA, as Portfolio Manager, Sohaila Elshater, as Head of Risk & Operations, and Liza Ragheb, our Senior Representative. We provide discretionary and advisory mandates to High and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals, as well as corporate clients, mainly based in the Middle East.Before establishing FormInvest AG, Pierre-Yves Formaz worked for 22 years at a large international bank in Switzerland. In his Private Banking functions, his focus was on the Middle East region, particularly Egypt, providing wealth management and investment banking services covering HNWI, UHNWI as well as corporate clients.
