ForScight Forensics is a Private Forensic Consulting company, comprised of two young up-to-date forensic scientists practicing in Cape Town, Western Cape. They are informed to the latest in forensic developments and cases, and specialise in the adaptation of scientific evidence for legal use as well as aiding the legal industry in the understanding and interpretation of science. In addition to both partners having Masters Degrees in Forensic Science from local and international Universities, Cesarina Edmonds-Smith also has a PhD in Chemistry from UCT.Their expertise include, but are not limited to:• Chemical analyses (drugs, toxicology, drunken driving cases, unknown substance analysis, and fire and explosives analyses etc.)• Fire investigations• Biological analyses• Ballistic analyses• Analyses of murder and culpable homicide investigations from a scientific perspective, and• Assessment of forensic pathology reports (postmortems) from a scientific perspective
