Our mission at Fort Washington United is to provide the highest quality academic tutoring and martial arts in the Maryland and D.C. metro area. With the restrictions due to COVID-19, it is more important than ever that quality one on one tutoring in school subjects such as math, science, and reading comprehension be available to anyone who needs it. In addition to virtual tutoring, we are going to offer in-person tutoring, this fall, at our Fort Washington location. Besides academics, FWU offers challenging martial arts for kids and adults. Whether you are looking for self-defense for yourself or your kids, FWU is the place to be. We offer boxing/ kickboxing, submission grappling, and traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. During COVID we are offering both night classes for adults and kids and many virtual one-on-one martial arts classes as well
