The basic premise is to pool money together with like minded colleagues, friends, and family to reach new heights in investment opportunities. This way, you don't need to be an accredited investor to participate in great investments or hedge funds. We function like a pass-through LLC, with little to no liability for any members participating in the company. This creates a culture of collaboration unlike other investment companies. We do this by:1) Keeping all functions in-house, which includes our exclusive 3-tier valuation methodology for valuating potential investments.2) Having members vote which investments to accept and which to reject.3) Maintaining an operating agreement with specific provisions for investing, contributions, and distributions.
