Development Approvals FOTENN excels in the management and processing of all types of planning and development approvals, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, site plans, minor variances and consents. Whether the focus is a commercial development, a downtown residential infill redevelopment or a new plan of subdivision, we guide every type of project through all phases of the planning process. This ranges from the assessment of sites and the preparation of applications, plans and supporting documentation, through to liaising with the public, administrative staff and approval bodies to address issues and secure approvals. Expert Witness FOTENN has a strong record of providing professional and judicious expert evidence on a variety of planning matters before the Ontario Municipal Board, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and various Committees of Adjustment, Planning Committees and City Councils.
