FNVA promotes regional dialogue and publishes specialised reports and briefs for policy and decision makers in government and politics to help shape government policy on China, Tibet and the Himalaya. FNVA hopes to provide timely and useful analysis to scholars and government officials alike, and interest scholars and students in foreign and strategic affairs of the Himalayan region, China and Tibet. The Foundation for Non-violent Alternatives (FNVA) -an institute for developing peace studies, is a not-for-profit organisation.
