FORinternational is worldwide in scope, and is committed to an initiative that will dramatically impact the lives of individual surgery recipients.\\We are a small, efficient foundation, with beneficiaries paramount. Advanced orthopedic technology will enable us to assist and provide for those in need of patient-specific implants. Newly funded by Oxford Performance Materials (OPM) and its principals along with the help of the medical/scientific community and private and corporate supporters, FORinternational will improve global orthopedic health. Our responsibility within the Orthopedic Community is to reimagine the future, our responsibility as the Foundation for Orthopedic Reconstruction is to bring forth creative action. \\FOR is a proactive humanitarian organization providing hope to those who have suffered physical trauma resulting in life changing setbacks. With the combined support of top surgeons, leading hospitals and state-of-the-art orthopedic implant technology, we can offer individuals the chance to overcome physical and financial limitations, and to return to the fullness of life.\\Patients are accepted based upon medical need and the level of financial hardship. An appropriate clinicial will work with the patient to determine the most suitable treatment plan. \\This is a dual initiative. In order to establish a scientific basis for the adoption of advanced patient-specific technologies, FOR shall undertake post-operative evaluations of treatment efficacy. FOR also supports independent education and research initiatives benefitting all orthopedics. Our vision is to improve patient outcome and well-being by supporting innovation and advancing understanding of biomimetic technologies. Our ultimate social objective is to assist in returning wholeness and dignity to those individuals burdened by disfigurement.
