We are registered as a 'Section 8' company under the provisions of India's Companies Act, 2013. 'The Billion' in our name refers to the billion and more people who make up India. We work to bring to light issues and concerns of ordinary people, particularly the disadvantaged. We often argue that the growth story should be less about numbers and more about people leading happy, fulfilling and enriching lives.
