Fundación Justo José de Urquiza is a private non-profit entity with international prestige. The Foundation is named after General Justo José de Urquiza, from Entre Ríos, known mostly by the campaign slogan: "neither winners, nor vanquished". During his life and government, Gral. Urquiza, the first Argentine constitutional president, served as a merchant and businessman. He directed the country to a path of prosperity and moral improvement. He lived for the good of those who yearned for freedom. Inspired by this and the recognition that "free people are capable of extraordinary things", The Urquiza Foundation promotes educational programs and dialogue to achieve these principles, challenge conventions, and remove barriers that stifle creativity and progress. We present educational programs, paid internships, exclusive services, and job placement assistance to students and professionals. We encourage non-violent discussion and changes and modifications on issues of importance such as freedom of expression, life and property, foreign policy and a reform in the justice and the Argentine tax framework. In each of our programs we are dedicated to "identifying" new perspectives and ideas that help people achieve great things for themselves and for others.
