At Four Corners Health & Rehabilitation (FCHR), our expert staff of physical therapists specialize in the evaluation, treatment and management of musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological conditions. As an added benefit, when patients are no longer able to visit us at the clinic or if it is simply more convenient, our licensed therapists are able to continue care for you out of the comfort of your home, assisted living facility or wherever you are through our home-based therapy company, Mobility Rehabilitation, Inc. (MRI). As a physical therapist-owned and operated business, both FCHR and MRI continue to work hard toward the same goal: providing excellence in therapy services to rehabilitate our patients, resulting in recovery and improved quality of life.
