Four Farthings Tavern - Located on a corner in the heart of Lincoln Park, Four Farthings Tavern and Grill has welcomed patrons to fill pints and plates for half a century. Though the tavern was originally a quaint space with a ceiling only reaching nine feet, it has grown through the decades. Today, it is an up scale resturant where customers can uncover something different every day—a sidewalk brunch on Sundays, Trivia on Wednesdays and karaoke on Thursdays and Saturdays, and live music on Friday.The bar keeps their signature wings on special and televisions abuzz with sports on the weekends— catching all the action of College Sports (BIG 10 Conference & Michigan Booster Bar) & NFL football on the weekends. Plasters of photos of old Chicago across walls paneled in centuries-old wood (which was imported from Wisconsin's Kimberly Clark mansion and milled onsite for a custom fit).The Grill Room was added in 1983 and features fresh steaks and seafood along with pastas and daily specials. The bar side offers lighter fare and outdoor seating at our beautiful patio! The bar and party room are popular spots to view sporting events or meet friends to relax.We are excited to continue the proud history of Four Farthings and put our own touches on an old favorite!
