Consulting (416co) is a boutique consulting firm based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, co-founded by principals Saira Somani & Daniel Boyer with a combined 30+ years of experience in the nonprofit and private sectors.At 416co, we work to strengthen the ability of mission-driven organisations to achieve high-impact results with a focus on: innovation + oversight, leadership + staff development, and strategy design + management.ESTABLISHED TO DISRUPT.The nonprofit sector cannot continue to operate with outdated strategies and governance + oversight practices. Fresh, new ways to face current and future challenges are needed. Through our decades of experience in staff + board work with nonprofits, we learned about these challenges firsthand and struggled with the outmoded tools that most organisations use to address them. 416co was established to push the nonprofit sector away from these outdated practices and into innovation + strategy work that is quick, effective, efficient, and cost-sensitive for its users.OUR GOALS.Give small- to medium- scale organisations the resources they need to challenge incumbent organisations.
