Investment company established to special investment purposes, namely – the securitization of real estate, in compliance with the Law on Companies Established to Special Investment Purposes.The Company was established at an Inaugural Assembly held on July 15th 2005 and has been entered into the Trade Register by Decision №1 of July 28th 2005 under Company case file 8851/2005 of the Sofia District Court.The Company has been set up for an indefinite period of time.The line of business of the Company is to invest funds, raised by issues of securities, in real estate properties, thus securitizing these properties. The Company's objectives are met by purchasing the right to ownership and other property rights to these real estate properties, as well as by engaging in construction works and property improvements to the purpose of turning these properties over to contracted managers, letting properties to tenants, leasing the properties to lessees or lease-holders or selling this real estate altogether. With Decision № 84 from February 1st 2006 from Commission for Financial Supervision (CFS), the Company has a license.The Company is a part of „FairPlay International" JSC group.
