Hey 👋 we're Franc & Iris.We're a small team of remote workers who fell in love with the digital nomad way of life - travelling the world and working online yet eye strain was a realllll struggle. Headaches, sore eyes, struggling to sleep after that late-night call with the US left us unproductive & frustrated.We set out to find a solution to continue maximising our productivity whilst not having to lower screen time, or continue dealing with the nasty symptoms of digital eye strain or compromise our style! Thus, Franc & Iris was born!The TLDR of it is, blue light exposure tricks our body into thinking we need to be awake. That's why trying to sleep straight after scrolling on your phone is tough!
