France Vitrail International is a french arts crafts glass studio based in Courbevoie (Paris) and supervised by Eric Bonte, master glass artist since 1979. The team, consisting of around twenty professionals, is specializes in stained glass and sculpted glass creations. We create, design and install originals, aesthetics and artistic artworks for all public, style and implementation around the world. We are labelled The Excellence of French Know-How (EPV). France Vitrail International is also restorating old glass artworks.In 1988 Eric Bonte created France Vitrail International. As he was entrusted with the realization of the 8400m² stained glass bay windows and dome of the Basilica of our Lady Peace of Yamoussoukro, Ivory Coast. The world's largest stained glass surface area ever handmade. The stained glass are composed by more than 2 million antique glass pieces. With at the top of the monument a 40 m Dia. stained glass dome, also the world's largest stained glass dome. These are, 30 years after, still the worlds largest stained glass surface area. Since then, the workshop has continued its activity, extended it, diversified it. Especially for realizations of complex and unique pieces, very large artworks, like stained glass domes, glass ceilings... for which France Vitrail International also manufactures metal frames.France Vitrail International is composed of craftsmen and artists, team with varied knowledge.
