Fundamentally, our mission at the Franchise Research Institute is twofold:1. To conduct confidential, all-inclusive franchisee opinion surveys through scientific methodology, and to report the results in a clear, concise, meaningful format. As a business major from the 1970's, I'd like to quote Peter Drucker "If you can't measure it, you can't improve it". Building a World-Class brand begins with benchmarking programs designed to grow franchisee sales and profits. 2. To promote the "Best of the Best" in franchise opportunities, as empirically endorsed by their franchisee communities. We do NOT sell leads or advertising; only independent, third-party research and recognition for top franchise organizations.
