The role of the candidate in these situations is to truly understand what they want, make an internal/personal commitment, and proactively prepare to help make the process as effective as possible.Objective:• Make a meaningful difference in individuals lives by helping them experience some of the many benefits of owning a franchise, such as: pride of business ownership, control of destiny, highly flexible lifestyle, and overall successGeneral Approach:• Work closely with clients to understand individual needs, desires, strengths, and areas for development• Do NOT possess a ‘one franchise fits all' approach• Leverage access to market-leading, top quality franchise-specific information to find the best match(es) unique to each individual• Be present and available to partner with clients throughout the entire franchise process• Maintain direct focus on each client's success and contentment• Function as a coach throughout the process by: providing support and encouragement, clarifying goals and identifying potential obstacles, and helping navigate through any challengesEducate:• Help individuals understand which franchises they qualify for and what is the right fit• Examine franchises track record and performance• Always use factsProtect:• Provide clarity and support based on real data and experiences to ensure clients are making informed decisions• Immediate access to key partners who provide additional trusted franchise-related support (e.g. attorneys, accountants, financing/funding experts, etc.) Mentor:• Advocate client's process of self-discovery• Be a franchising expert and a sounding board, as appropriate
