We created Franke Associates to help higher education boards and administrators with leadership development, change and transition. We are coaches and consultants for boards and institutions helping them achieve their goals. In an era of unprecedented challenges facing higher education, we provide assistance in institution leadership change and transition, board leadership change and transition, performance management, governance, board recruitment and development, and compensation. We typically work with boards, board chairs and search committee chairs serving as a resource and coach for planning for change and also while undergoing change. Our team of consultants has a unique mix of years of experience in not-for-profit and for-profit environments, including boards, board chairs, consulting, university president,, compensation, finance and human resources.
