With over 30 years of professional experience with IBM, Cisco Systems, Dale Carnegie, as a Dean, and now with my own company I have the breadth of expertise that can only come from actually doing it. I've made mistakes, grown and achieved executive level status. There I realized I had found my place – building a healthy organization. Is your organization healthy?
