We are a small and young real estate agency located in the smartest residential area in La Marsa (Tunis), specialized in lodgings of high standing, many of them with sea view.We started as a vacation rental as we have lovely villas and apartments right on the beach of Marsa Corniche. As we started to be known in the neighbourhood we were asked to deal also with long term rentals and sometimes with the sale of their properties.By word of mouth we kept growing and our activity, started on a freelance basis 6 years ago, went beyond La Marsa on to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage and Gammarth. We are now a regular agency and we will not expand into other areas in order to specialize in pristine and prime lodgings. We take the time to listen and to share our experience whatever your needs are.
