Fravia Investments (FI) is a family owned real estate investment company, established in 2012 by two brothers whose Father was a successful residential builder for over 30 years. They focus on acquiring, stabilizing, repositioning, renovating, leasing and managing of B and C multifamily properties throughout the United States to create rewarding revenue streams through rental income and long-term appreciation. FI generates equity through the (a) acquisition of poorly-managed and/or under-valued properties in upcoming or emerging neighbourhoods at optimum pricing, (b) the stabilization of properties by consistent management strategies that seek and locate qualified tenants and charging current market rents, (c) the repositioning of properties through various value-added strategies, including capital improvements, management restructuring, marketing, restructuring of debt, and redevelopment of assets, (d) implementing exit strategies that are properly timed to maximize investors' profits. Fravia Investments seeks to unlock intrinsic property values by developing and executing thoughtful business plans to reposition properties. The Corradetti Brothers are supported by, and leverage, an internal team of experienced associates, as well as professional outside advisors and consultants, who provide assistance in the implementation of the Company's growth plan.
