Fredheim Arena (formerly Indremisjonsforbundet Sandnes) is a prayer house assembly that since 1943 has been engaged in varied missionary work in Sandnes, Norway.We are part of a diverse prayer house movement in Norway, and are affiliated with Indremisjonsforbundet which conducts church work, school work and other mission initiatives throughout the country.The church bases all its work on the word of God and the Evangelical-Lutheran confession, but we want to involve people with other confessional backgrounds who will work in loyalty to our vision and doctrine.The congregation is registered as an organization, not a denomination. In practice, this means that the congregation consists of members with different church backgrounds and church affiliations.What are we doing?In practice, the congregation at Fredheim Arena is a multi-generational community where the goal is to be able to provide help for faith and following Jesus through all phases of life.
