Whilst as a Franchise Advisor, and later as a Business Bank Manager, he identified a common feature of business owners. Many of his clients were fantastic technicians, highly specialised in their field, but with a common skill or experience gap: ‘Business Acumen'. Through mentoring, coaching and training, Free as a Bird helps business owners tone up on business skills. Adrian is a business generalist able to assist in most areas of a business and has essential experience and knowledge in key areas of Sales, Marketing and Management.As with all businesses Free as a Bird understands the importance of listening to the needs and wants of clients.
