Free Hearts is a Tennessee statewide organization led by formerly incarcerated women that provides support, education, advocacy and organizing families impacted by incarceration with the ultimate goals of reuniting families and strengthening communities. Our vision is to be free. We are manifesting an inclusive community that accepts differences, always learning, teaching, and supporting.
